Texas Designer of the Year

This annual floral design competition is open to Texas State Florists' Association (TSFA) members who hold the TMF, CFD or AIFD designation. Held in conjunction with the Texas Floral Forum or the Texas Floral Expo, the contest offers cash awards for the top three competitors. The Texas Designer of the Year will also have their winning design featured on the TSFA website, via social media and in the TEXAS in Bloom magazine.

Enter the 2025 Texas Designer of the Year Competition

Applications will open soon for the 2025 Texas Designer of the Year competition. Be among the talented designers selected to compete for this prestigious title! The competition has design categories and is scheduled to take place on June 27-29 during the Texas Floral Expo at the South Shore Harbour Resort in League City.

The $549 entry fee includes your Texas Floral  Expo registration. Submit your entry by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 10 to be considered.

First Place

  • A $1,000 Cash Prize.
