Conference Schedule
The Texas State Florists' Association is pleased to share the 2026 Texas Floral Expo schedule. Everything Expo registration includes all presentations, spotlights, meals and events listed in black. A variety of hands-on workshops — including two master classes — are listed in gold and may be added to your Everything Expo registration for an additional fee.
Concurrent spotlights and hands-on workshops offer:
- Fundamentals for the novice to TAKE ROOT.
- Lessons for the designer who is determined to GROW.
- A step up for seasoned designers to BLOSSOM.
- Master classes provide higher learning for even the most experienced designer to BLOOM.

TSFA has secured a discounted rate of $189 per night, single/double, plus applicable fees and taxes, at the Embassy Suites San Marcos Hotel and Conference Center. The rate will be honored for lodging June 17-22, 2026, on eligible rooms booked by the May 28, 2026, deadline or before the block sells out. Complimentary parking is available when your room is booked under the group rate.
Please note that there is a mandatory 0.98% Texas Recovery Fee per night, so the link notes $190.84 per night before tax.
