Joyce Mason-Monheim is the featured speaker at the Texas Floral Showcase in Lubbock, Texas, on March 27. During this event, she will lead a hands-on workshop on Unlocking Elements and Principles, followed by a dinner and design presentation on Nurturing Elements and Principles.
With an impressive repertoire and decades of experience as a floral designer and presenter, Mason-Monheim is a popular industry expert. The Texas State Florists' Association (TSFA) is excited she agreed to share her knowledge with us this spring!

As an award-winning floral artist, floral industry educator and influencer, Joyce Mason-Monheim has never faltered in her love of flowers and the enjoyment of teaching. Spanning her floral career of several decades, she has spent the greater part of her career experiencing floral retail shop operation, exploring floral design theory, traveling the globe, creating with flowers and becoming one of the floral industry’s most sought-after educators and presenters. TSFA is thrilled to have her share her vast knowledge on the elements and principles of floral design in Lubbock this spring!
Mason-Monheim's passion for floral design and industry knowledge have been featured in many media outlets, focusing on trade editorials and design photography. In addition to earning a degree in floriculture, she has been honored with numerous accolades:

Mason-Monheim has had the privilege of participating in special events at the White House, presidential inaugurations and the Pasadena Rose Parade. She was the featured keynote speaker at educational presentations enjoyed in all 50 states, Canada and around the globe. Currently, she is the floral installation team leader for Accent Décor’s Las Vegas showrooms.
Having served as president and in other leadership positions for multiple local, state, regional and national floral organizations, Mason-Monheim now resides in Tucson, Arizona. She is still a “mid-west farm girl” at heart!
